Associate IT Operations Engineer
OpenRole Requirements
W2 contract, part-time: 16 hours onsite weekly, Monday and Thursday or Friday; pay $35–$45/hour. Requires 5+ years in IT operations, service desk, or infrastructure support. Provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows/macOS, PC hardware, GPUs, peripherals, and game-development workstations. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs. Maintain on-prem servers, storage, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, build pipelines, monitoring, incident resolution, and documentation. Familiarity with DevOps/build systems required; support CI/CD and tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Perforce. Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and prioritization skills required. Preferred: Unity/Unreal support, build/render farms, high-performance workstations, GPU pipelines, and on-prem DevOps automation.
