Role Requirements & Notes
Onsite contract role; W2 temporary or 1099 arrangements considered. Minimum 4+ years in IT support/operations, ITIL service lifecycle management, and physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required; master’s preferred. Fluent English and bilingual Mandarin required. Provide Level 1/2 endpoint support, troubleshooting, documentation, and shipping/logistics tool support; participate in on-call rotation with occasional weekends. Manage networks, Windows/Linux servers, cloud environments, patching, and PowerShell/Python automation. Maintain backups, disaster recovery, security controls, vulnerability assessments, and system monitoring. Strong Agile/Scrum, project/resource/change management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; no visa sponsorship available. Stated pay: $25–$56 per hour.
